There were burnt marks on my rental’s electrical sockets, I was concern with fire hazard.  So I called Sergio and he was able to come out promptly to check on the matter.  He inspected the outlets and determined that it was due to the TV plug, nothing was concerning to him.  Sergio was very professional and super nice. Since he worked me into appointments he had in the area, he didn’t charge me for diagnostics.  I highly recommend his service.
